公司前身于1998年9月16日注冊成立，主營國際貨運代理，國內海陸聯運業務。2000年發展方向改變，開始向更具挑戰性的國內公路運輸管理轉移，主營國內公路整車零擔運輸，倉儲管理，兼營國際貨運代理業務。2004年開始為天津開發區Motorola和CTS提供VMI服務，后相繼增加了震宇（蕪湖）實業、日本電裝電子、日本愛信、美國邦迪（TI）、中信戴卡、長城汽車，VMI正在不斷被認可。2006年開始為世界第一大蛋氨酸生產企業德國Evonik 提供進口清關倉儲和全國分撥的綜合物流服務，相繼又為德克士、美加環保金屬等等客戶提供長途運輸分撥服務。2009年成為李錦記LKK北方倉庫為其提供華北、東北等地區長途運輸分撥業務。2012年經過十幾年的積累和沉淀，在進口貨物的全國分撥方向和VMI物流模式上取得更大的成就。2014年相繼成為西門子、豐田汽車、長城汽車、大眾變速器等知名企業天津地區合作供應商之一。2015年開始為Kuraray提供倉儲和北中國地區分撥的綜合物流服務。公司自1998年以來一直從事倉儲運輸等物流管理工作，20多年來從未間斷過。從簡單的倉儲管理，逐步過渡到最為復雜的VMI模式。多年來我們在服務過程中不斷地向客戶學習、向國內著名的科研院校的物流管理教授、專家學習，已經形成了穩定的管理模式和管理體系。可以應對較復雜的汽車零配件、快速消費品、化工產品、機械零配件等精細化作業。

The predecessor of the company was registered and established on September 16, 1998, mainly engaged in international freight forwarding and domestic sea-land intermodal transportation business. In 2000, the development direction changed and began to shift towards more challenging domestic road transportation management having as main business: Domestic Road Full Cargo Transportation, Warehousing Management, and International Freight Forwarding. In 2004, the company began to provide VMI services for Motorola and CTS in Tianjin Development Zone, and successively Zhenyu (Wuhu) Industry, Japan Denso Electronics, Japan Aixin, US Bundy (TI), CITIC Daika, and Great Wall Motor were integrated to Zhongrun Yida Logistic most recurrent customers;  In 2006, Evonik, the world's largest methionine producer become one of the most recurrent clients, and now with almost 18 year of cooperation, EVONIK has become one of our most loyal clients , providing them  a complete importation/exportation logistic services which include Ship arrangement , customs declaration/custom clearance service , warehousing and national land distribution; sequentially  Dicos and Environmental Metals in the United States and Canada also were added to the list ofZhongrun Yida VIP customers. After that in 2009, Zhongrun Yida Logistics became Lee Kum Kee (LKK) North Warehouse Center and Long-Distance Distributor, while in 2015 start to provide to KURARAY, one of the most famous japanese Company, warehousing and distribution services in the North China region.

Zhongrun Yida Logistics has been gradually transitioning from simple warehouse management to the most complex VMI model; during many years, it has been continuously learning from customers and logistics management experts from renowned domestic research institutions, and has formed an accurate  management model and system which can enhance our ability to deal and manage with complex auto parts transportation, new unecpected-emergency cargo orders, chemical products, mechanical parts and other refined products.
